Our Manufacturing Process

Our systematic approach to ensuring excellence

Raw Material Quality Inspection

  Process 1

Ensuring all incoming brass alloys and other raw materials meet stringent quality specifications before entering the production cycle. This prevents defects at the foundational stage and guarantees the purity and consistency of our handicrafts.

Procedure Steps

1. Visual inspection for surface defects and impurities. 2. Chemical composition analysis using XRF spectrometry. 3. Hardness testing (Brinell/Rockwell). 4. Dimensional verification of ingots/sheets. 5. Documentation and batch traceability.

Responsible Team: Quality Assurance DepartmentKey Parameters: Brass alloy composition (Cu, Zn, Pb content), material purity, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, hardness.

  Process 2

Casting & Molding Quality Control

Monitoring the casting and molding processes to ensure precision, structural integrity, and adherence to design specifications. This critical step minimizes internal flaws and ensures the intricate details of our designs are perfectly captured.

Procedure Steps

1. Mold preparation inspection (cleanliness, coating). 2. Molten brass temperature monitoring. 3. Pouring technique verification. 4. Post-cast visual inspection for voids, cracks, and incomplete fills. 5. Random sample destructive testing for internal defects.

Responsible Team: Production & QA TeamsKey Parameters: Mold integrity, brass temperature, casting pressure, surface finish of cast parts, absence of porosity, dimensional accuracy.

  Process 3

Finishing & Polishing Inspection

A meticulous examination of each handicraft after finishing and polishing to ensure a flawless surface, consistent luster, and adherence to aesthetic standards. This process highlights the premium look and feel of our products.

Procedure Steps

1. Visual inspection under controlled lighting for scratches, blemishes, and uneven polishing. 2. Color and tone consistency check against master samples. 3. Tactile inspection for smoothness. 4. Coating thickness measurement (if applicable). 5. Removal of any residual polishing compounds.

Responsible Team: Finishing & QA TeamsKey Parameters: Surface smoothness, uniform luster, absence of defects (scratches, pits), color consistency, coating adhesion.

   Process 4

Assembly & Functionality Check

For multi-component brass handicrafts, this process ensures all parts fit perfectly, are securely assembled, and any functional elements (e.g., hinges, latches) operate smoothly and reliably. This guarantees the product's usability and durability.

Procedure Steps

1. Verification of component alignment and fit. 2. Fastener torque and security check. 3. Functional testing of moving parts (e.g., opening/closing mechanisms). 4. Stability and balance assessment. 5. Load-bearing capacity test for specific items.

Responsible Team: Assembly & QA TeamsKey Parameters: Component fit, joint strength, functional smoothness, stability, structural integrity, absence of rattling.

   Process 5

Final Packaging & Export Audit

The final stage of quality control, focusing on packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and protection for international shipping. This ensures products arrive at their destination in pristine condition, reflecting our commitment to global standards.

Procedure Steps

1. Verification of product count and type against order. 2. Inspection of inner and outer packaging for damage and suitability. 3. Check for proper cushioning and protective materials. 4. Labeling accuracy (product codes, destination, handling instructions). 5. Drop tests for fragile items (random samples).

Responsible Team: Logistics & QA TeamsKey Parameters: Packaging material quality, cushioning effectiveness, labeling accuracy, product protection, compliance with shipping regulations.
